Affiliation

I'm sure I'll have more thoughts on this, but I'm focusing on the 2CL8 requirement. I think that rather than tying it to equivalents to the 2C curriculum (which we may decide to change), we should tie it to lay clergy status.

In general, I'm pretty much in agreement with the concepts as laid out in the post on Structural Issues.
