Should we help the "intellectual have nots"

I have already established that Paganism has a collection of intellectual have-nots, people who, through no fault of their own, are lacking great big gobs of data that they need to get make sense of the general mish-mash of Paganism.
I have also established, at least I think so, that UEW is great in that it is hard to stay such a have not in UEW.

The question becomes, and I ask this because I want to hear answers:
"Do we (as UEWwies and "haves") have a responsibility to spread the knowledge (the parts that we get from being UEWwies, not the tradition itself) to people outside our actual community of UEWwies?
