Officiating at Coming of Age Ceremonies

Because we don't, as a rule, allow children to take roles in the faith, prefering to show them many faiths and have them choose Wicca, if they DESIRE to, based on the examples of their parents, we have a great joy in coming of age ceremonies.
Depending on the parents, and the child's desires, coming of age ceremonies can involve dedication into a coven, dedication to Wicca, a simple celebration of (wo)manhood, or intitiation into any mysteries that are a part of the clan, family or coven's faith.

As with initiation rites, it is the officiant's job to set the person coming of age straight on the faith.
